Moorpark Matness is a week long intensive wrestling program that will help you improve your technique, strategy, strength, conditioning, and confidence. You will learn from Tom Ryan (Ohio State Wrestling) and Brakan Mead (Pursuit Wrestling), who will teach you the secrets of success on the mat.

Tom Ryan is the head coach of the Ohio State University wrestling team, where he has led the Buckeyes to a national championship, three Big Ten titles, and has coached multiple individual NCAA champions. He is also a former 2x NCAA All-American.

Brakan Mead is a former Ohio State wrestler and an Ohio high school state champion. He is currently a coach and mentor at Pursuit Wrestling, where he trains youth and high school wrestlers of all levels.

At Moorpark Matness, you will:

• Train for 6 hours a day, covering all aspects of wrestling, from takedowns to pins, from offense to defense

• Participate in daily drills, live matches, and tournaments to test your skills and challenge yourself

• Receive individual feedback and guidance from our coaches and staff to help you reach your full potential

• Enjoy a variety of fun activities and games to keep you entertained and motivated

• Meet and interact with other wrestlers from different schools, states, and backgrounds who share your passion and goals

• Compete in a tournament to be held on Saturday, June 22nd
