Consistently inconsistent

Am I the only onw whos is seeing our Northern section reffs consistently being inconsistent?, the out of bounds calls are all over the place, some are flash calling pins while others wait 30 seconds, what bugs me the most is allowing the wrestlers to strap up or strap down on the mat, throw their headgear and act like babies when they lose. This sets the tone and is not what the sport is about,.
