Definitely had some controversy at State this year. Had another coach point out to me that when you add the team points from the reversed call in the 138lbs final (4 team points for Buchanan) and the reversed call in the 220lbs semi final (10 team points for advancing to finals for Buchanan), that switched team title from Poway to Buchanan. That's 14 team points for Buchanan and they won by 13.5 points! I'm not sure if these numbers are correct, can anybody verify? Either way, definitely need some rule changes! Controversy aside, the kids put on a show, there were some great matches! I love those bracket busters!
