Attached you will find the flyer to our annual Queen of the Realm Girls Tournament to be held at San Marcos High School on January 18, 2025. Those who have attended can attest to the fact we run an efficient tournament with a 360 degree viewing area, in the largest Gym in the San Diego Section. We have a full service snack bar and we will be running on five mats. The first 24 teams who pay in full are guaranteed entry for their team. Cost is $395 if paid BEFORE November 1, 2024. Cost after November 1 is $425. B wrestlers will only be allowed if a bracket is not full. Cost for B wrestlers on the day of the tournament will be $70. As you all know, Ref fees have gone Sky High and they are expected to be even higher this year. Strict payment policy will be enforced due to rising cost. Last year, I turned away 7 teams so make sure you get your entry fees in. Please read the flyer carefully and do not have checks sent to San Marcos High School. We run our tournament through our Booster Account, not San Marcos High School.
WiFi and cell service is pretty bad inside our gym due to the concrete walls so we will run the clip board staging method, which I believe is still the most efficient method with no down mats.
