The Western Varsity Pioneer Rumble is back after a long hiatus. We will be running a 24 man bracket on 6 mats in two gyms that are close to each other with plenty of room for wrestlers and spectators.
Event: Varsity Pioneer Rumble
Date: Saturday January 15,2022
Time: Weigh-ins 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Seeding: Seeding will be done by committee with all info submitted. We will have a short meeting to make any adjustments.
Wrestling begins: 10:00 a.m.
Weights: Scratch weight plus 2lb. growth allowance (108, 115, 122, etc.)
Brackets: 24 wrestler brackets. Double elimination. On 6 mats
Cost: $300 per team (14 wrestlers)
Awards: Team- 1st, 2nd, & 3rd
Individual- 1st, 2nd,two 3rds, two 5ths, and two 7ths
Snack Bar: Full snackbar will be available.
